The Code of Conduct frames the behaviour of the members of the association and of any person attending any event organised or co-organised by the association.
Every new member agrees to follow the Code of Conduct when becoming a member of the association.
The Statutes of the association consist into the document defining the association. They make and frame the association in terms of purpose, structure, members, and administrative requirements.
The members of the association acknowledge and agree to the statutes of the association when they become members.
Amendments on the association statutes are only possible through a made by a majority of at least three quarters (3/4) of the votes cast at the association's general meeting (Statutes §16).
The Standing Orders are complementary to the Statutes of the Association and cannot overrule the Statutes in any form or way. They are an interpretative description of the operational procedures of the Association which must be followed by the Board of the Association. Any conflict must always be solved according to the Statutes of the Association and the Finnish Association Act.
The decision to amend the Standing Orders of the Association must be made by a majority of the votes cast at the Association's General Meeting.
The Privacy Policy documents the processing of data collection and handling by ESN Uni Turku.
It provides additional context and rights to members and people attending events from which data is collected at any point.
The major points being the collection of the full names and residences of the members following the §11 of the Finnish Association Act.
